Refund policy

we accept returns on a case to case bases, please be sure to speak to us within the first 3 days of receiving the item so we can log a return and you have enough time to get the item back to us.

we don't refund, but are willing to exchange the item on inspecting and on finding a flaw.

remember Hand finished items have some imperfections and please allow us that courtesy.
